These apartments look really nice but looks can be deceiving this place is horrible.management does not care about your problems.work orders never get done and for the simplest things.and on top of that sometimes the office is closed for hours and hours upon times during the day that they say that the office is going to be open.this place is such a joke rent goes up every single time there's a notice on the door and there is a notice on the door 24 hours a day 7 days a week every day that you tend to step foot to your door. Mind you the mailboxes are always being broken into and the sometimes the rent drop.and if you do live here you have to make copies of everything you pay or write cause its always something. Please save your money this place is not worth the headache.

Terrible service under new ownership. I've lived here a year and a half and am done. Every time I went to sign a new lease they demand something new. First it was $100,000 worth of renters insurance, now they're raising my rent over 10% and claiming "the market" warranted it. Absurd. They then have the nerve to post propaganda around the complex warning or the "high costs" of moving into a new apartment and urging people not to move. I can only assume the rest of the tenants here are being treated the same. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE!
