Why Wynn Win IT?

Our small business had experienced issues that continued over 6 months. We worked with every online tech support dept with Qwest and with their router/modem. (Which, by the way, were all in India and other countries...). Then we hired a tech person to come to our location to identify/repair the issue. This continued on over 6 weeks with no result!Lionel Wynn came highly recommended to us so we made an appt for him visit our office, hear what the issues were and then to systematically put the computers, the routers etc back in order. He had us functioning within one visit. Researched options to our equipment issues and came back with a solution that worked. All for a VERY reasonable price.He is a Captain with a major airlines - the reason this might be important - he mentioned "when flying a plane you need to RESOLVE all issues on the spot, there is no addressing them "tomorrow"! Great service

We have used Lionel to set-up and trouble shoot our home network several times. He is always available within a day or two and is extremely reliable and timely. He is very thorough and makes certain that all problems are fully addressed before he leaves. He can handle both Mac and PC issues. I highly recommend his services.
