I recently started an Insurance Policy with the Peoria Location. I have less than perfect driving record , but the Agent in the Office - I think her name was Kenette , was so friendly and made me feel like part of the Accurate Famil. She answered ALL my Questions , I was 100% satisfied with the Service, quickness and Politeness she Gave me .I got quotes elsewhere and the customer service at other places drove me away . But the customer service I received in the Peoria Office, I just hope the Big Shots in Accurate know what a sweet and polite person they have in Peoria . Smiling and friendly , just makes you feel like they want your business and friendship . GREAT JOB ...
