Zach served me very well on 9/26/15. He went way above the standard by working with us through a very challenging set of circumstances. Always ask for Zach!

Extremely dissatisfied with this store! An associate tried to get me to change my plan to the family data share plan, however, I was grandfathered in to my unlimited data plan so I declined his offer. Without my consent he changed my plan and I now no longer can get back my unlimited data. While trying to resolve the issue by calling the store, another associate told me he had to go because he was "too busy" and he would investigate and call me back. He never called back! He also had the nerve to get smart with me. I am never going back to this store again and will never refer anyone to go here! AT&T should be looking into their authorized dealers better because I have never had an issue with AT&T or any other of it's authorized retailers.
