I took my computer tower to Best Buy to have them remove a virus from my computer. I consulted with one of their tech's and he said that it would be $199 to have it removed. I browsed for about an hour inside of the store and after realizing that I could not go without my computer decided not to do the service. I talked again with the tech and told him that I did not want to go through with it and he said that it was already being worked on and it was too late to stop the service. I would still have to pay the $199.00. I noticed that my computer was sitting on the work bench not being worked on and no wires connected to it. I asked the tech and he said that it was not my computer. I eventurally gave in and paid the $199 feeling that I had no choice. Three days later they called to tell me my computer was ready. This was an unneeded service and felt that their was not a good business practice. I feel that holding my computer ransom when no work was even being done to it and then tellin
