Paid for a job that has not been finished. Price for the job went from the original quote, to a cheaper number, back to original price with added work, to original price without the extra work in the end. How does that happen? Imagine my surprise when we were charged the whole amount without the agreed upon work being done. Was told that any issues would be addressed at the start of the new season and they have not even come to look at the issues and we are now well into the next season. Weeds grew back before any spotty grass did and yards not leveled as they were supposed to be.
