Totally agree with previous review. I love products of Estee Lauder, but the sales lady hated me. She showed no respect and no patience at all. If I didn't want to buy one as a gift for my sister, I'd rather walk away at once!

Employees unfortunately have an air of entitlement. Having worked in retail for over 10 years. It is always a shame when a respected store hires employees who do not adequately represent it. Employees typically behave as though you are bothering them, and are often condensending (those on the second floor of the building). You may have a sabotaging counter culture that the HR team needs to help address.
