I would definitely advice not to go for this consultant where the people doesn't know for which year the tax returns is been filed.I went for filing the tax returns for the year 2012 and the consultant processed for 2011 using W2 issued for the year 2012. For a simple tax filing they charged around 165 dollars and finally i was able to bring it down to 85. Really had a tough time in getting forms ready for filing the tax.

I filled my individual tax return with Chapa Income tax and they were very professional and knowledgeable in every tax questions I ask. good customer service
