I got my hair done here about a year ago and the owner fried my hair. Chunks of my hair were literally falling out. I almost cried. I asked for a balayage and she over processed my hair. It has taken me a year to get my hair healthy again and it is not 100% healthy yet. I have curly hair and for an entire year I was unable to straighten my hair because of how damaged it was. I guess you get what you pay for and I spent $120 to get my hair damaged.

If i could give them no stars I would. I used to live in Chicago and needed a new hair stylist. I came here and was promised to have my hair how I wanted. I gave it a try, i wanted it a certain type of Red, i know Red doesnt last too long but not even 3x of washing my hair, it turned orange/brownish(it didnt even come out the red i wanted but whatever. I just did my hair less than 2 weeks ago. Black Friday to be exact. I went to explain to Susie(stlyist who did my hair) n she riggt away got her manager. They said she told me red only last 2 weeks, now if someone told me, i would pay $100 to have my hair a certain color for only 2 weeks, do you think i would waste my money? Hell no...an im sure no ome else would either. They didnt even apologize, for the bad hair dye they put on my hair. I had my hair red before and it lasted more than 2 weeks. This place is very unprofessional and they do do not do hair good. I would never recommend anyone to go there (atleast not to Susie) This was the worst experience and most unprofessional salon i have ever been to in my life.
