Rented from Greg for a year. Moved in a month late (that I had to pay for) because the house wasn’t ready to live in. And still when I moved out, SEVERAL things had not been done in the entire year, that we’re supposed to be finished before move in. Throughout the year, we had several problems he wouldn’t fix. He would show up with no notice and just walk in without knocking. I was a student athlete at AU and I’m not the only tenant I know of his with lots of problems and complaints. Also wouldn’t give back deposit at the end of our lease, which he came up with several excuses on why and refused to meet upon request to discuss the deposit.
