Great company, extensive knowledge and dedication to providing the best service to their clients. They have always been there night or day when I called and needed them most. After losing my parking pass, they worked very hard with me to obtain a new one. Thank you to all the staff members!!

I highly recommend that you do not go near this agency, especially agents Felipe Carillo and Mario Carillo. Although we had a signed contract, had provided the earnest money, and were moving along in closing and approval as quickly as possible, Felipe Carillo and Mario Carillo were still entertaining offers from other sellers and backed out of our contract when they got a higher bid. They clearly lack character (as further demonstrated in the review below), and I would steer clear of doing business with them.

WARNING DO NOT BUY ANY PROPERTY FROM KETTLEY REALTORS OR FROM MARIO CARRILLO! THEY HAVE KEPT MY $1,000 EARNEST MONEY FOR A MONTH AFTER I WAS NOT ABLE TO BUY ONE OF HIS PROPERTIES BECAUSE OF HIS INABILITY TO COMMUNICATE WITH HIS SELLER. THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER MY BROKER/REALTOR/OR LAWYER THROUGH OUT THE ENTIRE PURCHASE PROCESS. I ended up with another home but still to this day have not received my earnest money back!!!! They clearly have no issue violating board regulation !
