I regret that I trusted what people said here about him. Dishonest, unprofessional and irresponsible!

We lost so much money from renthing our property, which turned to trash. Roaches live in our property. Stay way from this company, please.

Sold our house when we moved to a different part of the city. 5 out of 5 stars.

I am currently renting from this company after doing a lot of research in the greater Chicago area. Great staff. Fast at responding back to my calls and always on top of things. Maintenance guys are great at what they do.

Great working with them. All my questions are answered in quick succession and I can always get a hold of someone.

I made an appointment to see a property with Edward J Kirch. I needed an apartment to rent because I am new to the area. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated that. Thank you for making me feel “at home.”

Edward is a very reasonable guy, willing to work with you if you work with them.

The girls at the front desk are extremely helpful. I came to look at apartments and was given excellent service.

I had a very positive experience with Kirch Property Management. Ed Kirch was very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the neighborhood in which I was looking to buy. He also helped me think through the right strategy to purchase (timing, pricing and even the improvements required), based on my situation and goals. It's amazing to receive this level of expertise and quality at such a great value.

These people are a complete nightmare!!! We received absolutely zero notice that they had purchased the building from the previous landlord so we were left with no clue on who to pay the rent too. After determining who the new owner was we have tried to contact them multiple times to no avail no return calls absolutley zero. Furthermore, they increased the rent without any notice what so ever and served everyone in the building with 5 day eviction notices for failure to pay. As is my understanding they must present 30 day notice on month to month basis and under the current standing leases they absolutely can't raise the rent if there is no clause allowing them to do so(there isn't). If you ever consider entering a lease with them or they are to purchase your building run as fast as you can. The enter your residence with zero notice(they don't even knock) and the staff is extremely rude to the point where they are screaming at you despite your best efforts to keep conversation civil. Truly the worst experience I have ever had with a management group.
