The absolute worst new car buying experience I have ever had. The car was delivered without floor mats, owners manuals and was not prepped. Nothing terrible, it's a new car. It just needed the interior to be wiped down, windows cleaned, tires dressed, remove all the plastic, etc. I immediately alerted management of my dissatisfaction. I was told "when purchasing ANY vehicle it is absolutely unacceptable for it to be in anything than tip top shape" and we made arrangements to have all the items corrected and the vehicle detailed. Today was my appointment for just that. After 1-1/2 hours they tell me they did check the fluids, gave the car their blessings and even installed the wheel locks. When I located my car in the lot I found that the all weather mats were still in the trunk and the interior was not cleaned AGAIN!!! The detail was not done and the small pieces of plastic are still hanging. If I went back in it would have been a mistake because I was so mad. So now, I give up. I have removed their license plate holders and anything else that has their name on it. I have made an appointment with the dealer that I should have made the purchase from who says they will detail my car at no charge just to have us as customers and to have the opportunity to service all of our Hyundai's. What a concept! Napleton's just lost several customers and more.

For all of you that purchased a car when the dealership was Gartner and thought the in house lifetime power train warranty was still good. You may want to call them and ask if Napelton will honor that warranty??? I hope your sitting down when you get the answer.

I would NOT RECOMMEND purchasing a used car at NAPELTON'S VALLEY HYUNDI !!! 1 1/2 weeks after our purchase, something went wrong with the vehicle. I called and spoke to Bob the Used Car Manager asking about this repair. NEVER did I indicate that I wanted the work for free, I was just bringing it back there because that is where we purchased the vehicle. When he called me the next day, to let me know what needed to be repaired, not only was he rude and condescending, but basically calling me a liar and that we caused the break. That he would never sell a car in that condition - WHAT???? we had it for 1 1/2 weeks and drove it only to work. When service contacted me with an estimate (I was actually on my way to pick it up) I told the gentleman in the service department what had transpired earlier in the day with Bob he did apologize profusely, but by that time the damage was done. I took it else where to be repaired for HALF the "discounted" estimate I was quoted. Clearly all NAPELTON'S VALLEY HYUNDI is interested in doing is pushing used cars out the door and have NO interest in you after that!
