I have been a long time customer of this establishment, where normally the service and food are good. Unfortunately as of recent this location has been on the decline, two weeks ago I went in the evening and we waited about 45 mins for food which was weird for this location finally when the food came out it was luke warm but I did not make anything out of it, everyone has there days right? So this afternoon around 1PM I went here for lunch with which I though was one of the better waitresses serving us, the drinks came out quick but then people that were seated after us started getting there food, finally after 40 minutes, yes 40 minutes another waitresses that just served her customer that was only waiting 10 mins for drink and large food plate in total came over to us and said of they forgot to put your order in. Huh? They was no reason to stay after that, I got up offered to pay for the drinks and left, the bartender did apologize recognizing that we at least frequent this location weekly when Crystal is working at her school.. Kind of our weekly date spot My daughter wanting her little meal, Not once did anyone come up to us and say hey I am sorry they forgot to put in your order, it would be even slightly understandable if it was busy. I will stay away from here going forward, sadly! But you do not treat customers like this and one of the main reasons that these large chain restaurants continue to thrive over small businesses.
