Provided by YP.comDon't BOTHER trying to call them. They NEVER return phone calls, and do not respond to letter sent to them.... God help you if you move out of Kane county and need to transfer your Link or Medicaid to a new office. I have been trying to make the transfer now for 6 months!!! NO ONE RETURNS YOUR CALLS!!! Being diasabled, I NEED my medicaid card. Feels like I have to BEG to get them to HELP ME!!!!!
VERY dissapointed with the staff AND Supervisors!
