I brought my 2005 Nissan Maxima that had problems with the transmission shifting from 1st gear to 2nd. Sam did a test drive, put the computer to check for error codes and checked the transmission pressure all for a free estimate. It was determined to have some internal damage and Sam explained how they would pull the transmission down to determine how many parts were worn or bad, as my transmission oil was brown and had metal flakes with fibers, as well as pressure was reading high. They rebuilt my transmission and it is working like new. I would highly recommend Sam's Transmission to anyone looking for servicing their transmission, as he was referred to me from my mechanic. He was been in business for over 25 years and when speaking to him, I can tell he is honest in doing what is just needed to help you get the job done, without trying to inflate the cost as other transmission places. I went to several other transmission places and they are asking $55 to $75 dollars to look at your car to give you an estimate. They try to hook you, as if you pay the amount, they will credit it to you if you get the job done by them. At Sam's Transmission they will do a free estimate for you. Sam Transmission does excellent work and again I would highly recommend him to anybody. D. Moy
