Don't do business with this store. Save your sanity and find a real sprint store. I will forever regret the day I went to this location for cell services.

upgraded my phone here right before Christmas. Sales people are so loud and obnoxious. Ended up having issues with the phone and went back to them, of course they were no help at all. Horrible customer service. They were entering codes into the phone and not explaining to me what they were doing. They couldn't help me and sent me to another sprint store. I would recommend sprint to get a nicer, friendlier staff to work here or SHUT IT DOWN. customer service on route 59 is way better.
