Provided by YP.comMr. Landers was friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He explained the virtues of buying Volt without being pushy. He was warm and friendly in a way that suggested he was being genuine. Tripp who arranged the financing, was very personable as well as professional and helpful. Both of these gentlemen of making a major expenditure of a buying a new car as painless as possible. I would suggest that both are very valuable employees and are to be congratulated for representing Mayes Automotive Group so well.

I also want to give a shout out to Josh. When we were initially calling Aurora about a new SUV, my daughter spoke with Josh and I was talking with David Brown. When we arrived at Mayse, I gave both names. Josh was extremely gracious and understanding when we began dealing with David. Please give both Dave and Josh a pat on the back for being great individuals, well representing your business.

Provided by YP.comI had a 2011 Chevy Cruze had it for three years and it had 37000 miles on it. I was told by several people that if I wanted to trade after 3 years after owning a vehicle it really starts to go down in value. So I went down to Mayes test drove a couple different cars my salesman Mike Pullen was awesome. Him and Tripp Cook worked for a couple of hours to get me the right deal. They really do care if people leave there happy. When I left in my 2014 Chevy Cruze I was more than just happy. Thanks guys for making it happen.

Provided by YP.comContacted on Thursday afternoon to see if dealership had inventory on the website. Spoke to Shane Landers and he was really great to talk to was not pushy. He indicated that the website was kept up to date and checked for me to be sure that he had what I was looking for. He then sent me by email 3 vehicles with photos and prices and miles. I emailed him next day to let him know that my husband and I would be out to see him on Saturday morning. When we got there only one of the cars had been sold but the other ones were still there. This was labor day weekend and they were super busy. Every one that we came in contact with was friendly and Courteous. We did buy a car that day.

I have to drive over an hour to get to the dealership, but the incredible service, top-notch sraff and unbelievable prices on beautiful vehicles makes me nearly purchase a new truck everytime I get my car serviced! I will probably not shop anywhere else for cars for my family!

Provided by YP.comOur 2008 Corvette developed an oil leak coming somewhere around the front of the car. Your Mecanic checked the car out and found what was causing the leak. I was called and let know what was causing the leak and what they needed to fix it back like new. It was repaired in a timely fashion brought back to me as clean as it was going into the dealership. Yes I would recommend Mayse Automotive to anyone Thanks for the great service.

Provided by YP.comI recently filled an auto application out online within 24 hours I was contacted by 3 people from Mayse...to me this is great service already!I went to the dealership and traded my car and drove home in my new 2014 Chevy cruze. This was my 3rd vehicle I've purchased from here. Excellent customer service from the salesman John Ellis to the financial department. Everyone that I had spoke to by phone had came up to me at the dealership and introduced themselves this is why I will keep coming back. Very friendly and personable.

Provided by YP.comI went in for my second complimentary oil change on my 2013 Equinox and promptly pulled into the wrong bay. A very kind service person moved a vehicle and directed me into the proper lane where I gave another man my keys and waited inside. No more than 20 minutes later I was done, turned over the 2nd of 4 cards for the above mentioned complimentary oil changes and was out of there. The cashier told me even though I have only driven 6000 miles in 15 months, those oil change cards do not expire! What a nice surprise!

Provided by YP.comWe found our Tahoe online. I contacted our salesmen Shane Landers by telephone and he assured us that the condition of the vehicle was indeed as described. I couldn't take time off of work for a couple of days so I was worried the vehicle would not be available by the time I was able to drive the 5 hours from home to Mayes Cheverolet. Mr. Landers called me the day before our scheduled trip to inform me that the Tahoe was still in stock and he would have it ready for us to inspect the next day. After driving for 5 hours to the dealer, I found the vehicle just as described. The bargaining was easy and a deal was made in just a matter of minutes, we received fair trade on our trade in. It was the best buying experience that we have had in 35 years of buying cars. I would return again.
