Provided by YP.comI called to find out how I could become a patient at the clinic. An inarticulate male answered the phone and just said "That's not possible" this clinic is full. One doctor can handle only so many patients. This kind of response to Vets; be it the way someone answers the phone and tells you in a not so compassionate way to bug off; to there actually being only one doctor and no other VA options in the Austell area. Typical response from the Veterans Administration to a Veteran

Provided by YP.comI was told to go get lab work done sometime during the week before 3PM. I show up and no lab techs there that day. Both lab techs out at once? The front desk tells me to be there prior to 2PM for lab work next time I show up. At the end of the conservation, I was told 2:30PM and even earlier on Fridays. What time is it really? I was told 3 different times. Where is the accountability? 2 lab techs out and no phone call telling me not to waste my time driving out there?
IF YOU are going to this clinic call them first thing in the morning and confirm (404-329-2222). Choose any option (phone) that has to do with the Austell Clinic and someone there will answer the phone. If you had bad customer service like myself and many others, please file a complaint with the VA. If enough people file a complaint, something just might be done about it. Here is one of a couple websites to file a complaint.
