I have been with Automania now since 12/2017. My credit wasn't the best, but together we found a solution and they were able to help get me into a vehicle that fit my needs and I could afford. I can honestly say they have worked with me through some tough situations since then and continue to do so. I can also say that the vehicle I chose has stood the test of time. It still runs like a champ with just regular maintenance! I would highly recommend Automania to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and an amazing customer service oriented staff that truly cares!

this would be my second car that i got from them i love everything about this company. they treat you with respect they make sure you get in a car that day. the team work there is amazing . then the line of cars and selection they have to choose from is out of this world. I bought a car from here about a year and a half ago and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They worked with my situation that I was in at the time. I have had on-time payments throughout the entire time and it has raised my credit almost 20 points! You know I love y’all! I have had the BEST experience with this company for the past 2 or 3 years. Initially I traded in a car here and got into a Kia Rio. I loved that car! Any time ANY issue would arise everyone from service to finance were there to help! Once I was ready to trade up to a nicer car- I went from a rio to a VW Jetta; I was able (thanks to Alessa & Ms Joyce) to pull off the lot in the car of my choosing with nothing down on the spot. Alessa is great with tax prep, paperwork, customer service etc. Ms Joyce is AN ANGEL. If you’ve met her, you know what I mean. I am beyond fortunate to have found this company and group of people. They know their stuff and truly take care of you!

These people are honest and caring. They offer good quality cars with an amazing warranty. They back their cars and their WORD. I have purchased 2 cars from them and will not go anywhere else. So if you need a good quality ride go see them, you will not be disappointed .

Automania has been great to me! No matter what problem I may have they will fix it. The staff is always welcoming and fair when it comes to anything you need. I will continue to tell everyone I know about this dealer. Despite some of the negative reviews I suggest you see for yourself. I'm a happy customer.

My experience with automania has been GREAT! I have financed 2 cars with this company and each time has been a quick and simple process. My cars have both ran great and I also get free oil changes from them. I would recommend any one looking for a nice vehicle, that you won't have to pay a arm and a leg for, to come here! They really look out for you.

Great company. I wrecked my car I purchase from them. I didn’t have Gap coverage. Not only did they put me in a new vehicle, they made the process worry free.

I was told they perform a 100 point inspection on their vehicles. Then why did the vehicle I wanted have a leaking oil pan, would periodically fail to start, check engine light came on after I signed and agreed to purchase the vehicle and the suspension in the rear really sucked on a bumpy road. The uncertified street mechanics, who do not know much about automobiles will be who you trust to work on your very limited warranty repairs at their convenience. Please do not be fooled by these crooks!

I loved my experience here. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with everyone I've come in contact with. Love the warranty program anytime there is an issue all I have to do is call and take them my car. I also like that they put you in things that you can afford on a bi weekly or monthly basis. I would definitely recommend this place if you've had challenges at other dealerships.

I was dissatisfied with them after purchasing a 2007 Chevy Malibu on October 4 it would not start the next day but after two days of this problem the big boss helped us and gave us another vehicle that is better good place to go but buyer be ware check out every aspect of the vehicle before you purchase you may not get the same satisfaction we got this time
