Food From Mars delivers the passion of food from Shamarr Wall (Mars) & gives your taste buds an experience like never before. Mars began cooking at a young age & over the years he began to realize his passion for food was not just eating it. Growing up he began to create different dishes and experimenting with family & friends and getting great reviews. Relocating from Charlotte to Atlanta he began to become interested in the technique of Cuisine cooking & wanted to enhance the skills he already had. Studying at LeCordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Atlanta & becoming a Certified Professional Food Safety Manager through the National Environmental Health Association, Shamarr understands the importance of Sanitation & Food Safety.
