I would never recommend this place to anyone. This place is Roach infested and they will not do anything about it, but spray once a week. This property is poorly maintained. I'm so glad I will be moving away from this place in March. Also, I have lived here two years and they won't even clean your carpet. This place doesn't deserve any stars, but I will give them one because I have to.

The pictures i posted say more than enough about this place. You really do get what you pay for. Poor management, the gates never work, maintenance is always busy, and the street lights are always off at night. I got so tired of my maintenance issues going unanswered that i gave my issues to management Shantrese Adams herself, and a majority of my issues continued to go unfixed, nothing got done until the end of my lease. They are truly taking advantage of their tenants here and have absolutely no concern for their health and rights! Items have gone missing in my home, as well as personal documents . I've had to go and complete a background check and credit check to confirm the security of my personal information becuase Kingsley village is everything but professional, a place to call home, and shouldn't even be considered a place to live. There is always gun shots and fighting during the holidays, and the place overall needs to be shut down to many health hazzards
