I just experienced almost the same thing, I went to this store the man that works there today was very condescending and not at all helpful, i wanted to get my husband a phone like mine that i got 2 weeks ago, long story short, the man said i needed his phone that i no longer had, and that i was not hearing him when he explained.....and then i asked if i could get the buy one get one using the phone i just purchased, he said that ended on 11/31/2015, yes that's right 11/31/15, CLUE November does not have 31 days.....i said the sign is still out side he said i'm removing them now, so what other sales do you have for Christmas or December, you can get a phone for 20.00. i said as i was walking out of the store, i will come back when the other guy is here at least he was more helpful, the man had nerve enough to mumble something at me as i was leaving.....what happen to hey mam, how can i help you, well if we can't do that we will find another way.......NOT!

I experienced the worst customer service by the manager. I went to pay my phone bill and the service I received was rude it was like she didn't want to help me with a problem I was having with my service. On top of that she charged me twice for my bill and when I called to get my money refunded to me she had a attitude like it was my fault she charged my card twice. She argued with me and never returned my call. I will never do business there again nor do I recommend other people and if you do make sure u pay with cash so u don't have the same burdens I did.
