Provided by YP.comMy son saw Dr. Belagaje at D'ville office. Thought he was a little overzealous in what turned out to be a minor sprained ankle. Problem was office staff - son took a check for correct copay amount. Office staff refused check telling him his copay was almost twice the amount it really was so he used emergency charge card to pay. When I called for refund, billing person was only interested in telling my she didn't know WHY office person made him pay double the amount. I told her it really was a moot point now and I just wanted the refund. She told me it would take another 4 weeks before I would get my $ back. I explained that was ridiculous, especially considering none of this was mine or my son's error or fault. She told me it wasn't her fault either. NEVER USE PINNACLE AGAIN!!!

Provided by YP.comI was at the Austell office for appointment, Dr. Belagaje was a very nice doctor, took time to explain everything to me. He treated me as a person not a number. The front desk staff are very rude, very inconsiderate of patient personal information. Really need to separate the waiting area from front desk ,you don't have to worry about anyone reading your personal info. the front desk yell's that out for everyone to hear upon arrival. As I stated a great doctor but I will never go back due to the rudeness of the front desk, they need to remember they are being paid to do this job, and if your not a people person you sure do NOT need to be the first person patient deals with on arrival.

Provided by YPmobileI just tried to make an appointment at their East Cobb location with someone who would see my foot. They said the foot specialist is only at that location on Tuesday afternoons. I work on Tuesday afternoons so I called the marietta location. I asked them when the foot specialist was at their location and they said "who is the foot specialist?" I told them what the east Cobb location had told me and they had no clue who they were talking about. I tried to make it easy for them and said I just need to see someone who will look at my foot on a Monday. She told me some doctor that was there on Mondays...but he is not taking new patients. Finally I got an appointment and I guess we will see how this goes.

Provided by YP.comThese people are unethical and unprofessional. Dr. Books wrote a down right lie in my medical records, saying I refused a walking boot for my fractured ankle because I couldn't pay. What really happened was he asked if I had insurance and I told him no, then he left and a nurse came in and wrapped my ankle in what they call a "splint". Two bandages and a piece of stiff white stuff that did not provide any support. I was billed almost $300 after I had already given them $150. When I called concerned, Angela offered no concern for me or my problem with paying $100 for the lady to wrap my ankle (poorly), $200 roughly for the supplies, and $140 for the doctor to treat me like a low class citizen.

Provided by YP.comWell.. I must say I am very disappointed in this facility. I had to take my wife there for an emergency situation involving much pain. After being early for her appointment we had to wait another 40 minutes. After a quick and I mean quick visit from the Dr. he gives her a cortisone shot and writes three prescriptions. As we are leaving we inquire when the prescriptions will be faxed to our pharmacy. She says that she will do it immediately and pulls up the pharmacy information. The prescriptions were not faxed and now it is about 24 hours later and my Wife is still in a lot of pain and still no prescriptions have been sent to the pharmacy! So we call the office and what do they say? Oh we don't know what happened but only a certain person can fax the prescriptions and THAT person is attending some kind of clinic!! When will she be able to fax over the prescriptions? They DON"T KNOW....whenever the ding-bat gets around to it I guess!! Gross incompetence is just incredible. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to be treated. We will never go back to this place again!!
