Avoid at all cost! I shipped a package at this location and an hour and a half later they called to say that they had made a mistake on the date, not a big deal for an ethical business, find a solution and take care of the customer... Do Not expect that to happen here! The "President" of the company (franchise owner), Jeff, not only refused to fix the mistake they made, he demanded my credit card number so he could charge me for the difference in price to expedite my package so that it would arrive when promised.

Customer service is not the only thing lacking at this UPS store, they are short on manners as well. In the course of the conversation with the owner, his manners went from bad to worse. He stopped just short of out right yelling at me when I told him that I didn't think it was right that he expected me to pay to fix the problem created by his business. Just to show how little he cares about customer service, he held my package from Friday morning until Saturday evening before it was actually sent on to UPS for shipping.

Do yourself a favor, go to a different location, or better yet, go to FedEx... they at least work with you to resolve any issue that might come up.
