LifeSpring Mental Health Services is a private nonprofit mental health and substance abuse treatment organization located in Jeffersonville, Ind. It serves residents of Clark, Floyd, Washington, Scott, Harrison and Jefferson counties in southern Indiana. It provides a comprehensive array of mental health services, including education, prevention, information, assessment, intervention and treatment. It works closely with the medical community, social service and mental health agencies, schools, governmental and justice officials, churches, community organizations and individuals.
