I would rather move out of the country and leave the house to the bank before I ever go near this company. Its the worest company that I have ever had to deal with. The are rude, I got complaints from everyone that had to deal with them in terms of my mortgage. They would refuse to send the correct paperwork to the lender and the best of all was when they started rumors! They would say one thing to one person and another to the next. They made buying a house a nightmare. They would refuse to do what the lenders would ask or even what I asked and instead would tell people that since they were owners they didn't have to. I understand the people have to own a business for it to be there, but what does owing a business have to do with doing what the bank asks of them? Get someone else, or rent is all I can say!
