Provided by YPmobileCAS has been great!! I have taken my vehicles to them for almost 20 years. The guys at CAS have always been excellent, taking the time to explain repairs so I completely understood the situation if I had questions, they always found the best deals for me whether it was tires, fuel injectors, brakes, wheel bearings, transaxle, or a simple oil change! I have trusted Greg and Ron with all of my vehicles as well as my children's vehicles and will continue to do so for as long as they are in business and I am alive!!
Thank you for always being there for me when I need your services!! Rita

I originally brought my car in on 2/25/15 for an alignment, steering wheel centering, and to have my steering shaft serviced. Ron was rude to me. But, not as disgustingly rude and arrogant as Greg was to me. He refused to perform a service that I was told over the phone that they would do.. This was half way through an alignment when he told me he wouldn't perform the service mind you. Had I known the guy actually working on my car would contradict what I was told over the phone by Ron..and just flat out refuse to do it because he "doesn't want to f**k with it", as he put it, I would have never brought my car there for ANYTHING. Since I was told this halfway through the alignment, I thought I'd ask if he planned on centering my steering wheel.."Dead center..don't worry about it", he told me. I felt a little better that he seemed to at least care about that repair. Immediately after leaving the shop I noticed the steering wheel still wasn't centered. I called back and talked to Ron, and he told me to bring it back on Friday the 27th and they would re-align it. So, I brought the car back and came into the office. Ron goes around the corner into the shop and told Greg that I was here for the alignment. He responded, yelling, " I'm not f**king aligning that car again!!.. That f**king steering wheel is straight!!" "Go drive it with him and see." ..... Very shocked... once again that this guy just completely lacks any respect for a customer. For some reason, I had a little more faith in Ron and agreed to have him drive the car. Initially, Ron started trying to tell me that its straight.. Reality: Off by at least 1/4 inch. He kept talking over me and raising his voice when I tried to say anything. In the passenger seat of my own car, and a new customer.. Once again, I'm being yelled at and talked to in a very condescending manner by someone I'm paying money to help me. Very scary...Eventually, when I was allowed to speak, I was able to point out that the steering wheel was still cocked to the left even while driving on the right side of a crowned road, he finally admitted that the steering wheel isn't center. He agreed to have me come back at a later date to have the alignment redone, but I'm never going back there again after being talked to like that. To sum things up, I felt very uncomfortable due to the barbaric and uncaring demeanor of both Ron and Greg...and I obviously would never consider returning. I actually think Ron aims to provide a little better service, but he may be a little intimidated by Greg. It appeared as if Ron were just trying to "follow suit" and try his best to deem that there were no problems with the steering wheel, so that he would't have to deal with this psycho mechanic, Greg and attempt explaining to him that he was wrong. Until this place is restaffed I would not recommend taking your vehicle there. Not only because of bad service, but for one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I've ever had.

I've been going to CAS since I was 20. They have always been upfront and honest with me about what absolutely needed to be done and what it would cost along with what they would recommend and how much that would cost. They are willing to try and work with your budget and help you out in anyway they can. PLUS they do great work and stand by it! They are extremely reasonable on their pricing as well:)

This guy is a freind of my uncle in Lyle.. Intials R.L ( So he claims) but he still takes advantage of senior citizens.. (my uncles mom/ my Grandma ).. They took her 2002 green Taurus w/ apox 35000. miles to have a brake job and to correct a shifter neutral switch issue.. he billed for new rotors ,pads labor ect.. and just turned the rotor and put some cheep pads in.. so its back to square A. brakes shake, flutter ect..The shift lever has to be pulled up to start the car now and they say thats just fine. At this point he will not guarantee, waranty or even consider doing the correct thing to retain a customer. No good cheating so called mechanic. I myself have been in this industry for 24 years and I would be honered to give service to a 93 year old woman in her final years. Karma my freind .. What comes around goes around .. You will have your day. .. Who do you care about?? I guess you you and you.. I am sure you know which car this is.. do the correct thing. The internet can be a ve
