Provided by YP.comWORST SERVICE EVER. GRIPEY OLD LADY THAT MUST BE 90 YEARS OLD WORKS THE GRAVEYARD SHIFT IN THE WORST PART OF AUSTIN SHE COULD HAVE PICKED, BY HERSELF NONE THE LESS. A MAN THAT WORKS THERE AT NIGHT HAS HIS GIRLFRIENDS STAND AROUND LIKE CUSTOMERS IF SOMEONE WALKS IN. THEY HAVE NO SAFETY THERE AT NIGHT AND LOCK THE DOORS WHEN THEY "WORK IN THE FREEZER" AT ANYTIME OF NIGHT SO YOU MAY GET IN THE STORE AND YOU MAY NOT. THE THINGS ON THE SHELVES HAS EXPIRED, OR NEAR TO IT. AND LET US NOT MENTION THE PRICES. THE PRKING IS HORRIBLE.

Provided by YP.comThis store is the entrance to a north Austin neighborhood where volunteers work hard to beautify. You are part of the neighborhood and we invite you to join the beautifying effort. The store dumpster seems to be always open and litter flies everywhere. It would improve matters if you contained the dumpster as Valero does theirs on Parkfield Dr. and Rutland. The fence along the boundary is often strewn with litter. Please have someone pick up that area every day; not every other day. The front of the store on Lamar is often strewn with litter. Where is the 7-11 Standard for cleanliness? The gate that leads to the back of the store is broken and just hanging there. Please fix the gate and put up a sign that says "No trespassing." Then fix the cut through in the fence behind the store and install another "no trespassing: sign. The police can help enforce loitering when a sign is posted. The police will not enforce if there is no sign. The attitude of the manager seems to be that he is overwhelmed; perhaps he needs more sleep and food to handle the job. A broken window invites trashiness. When you fix the broken things and enforce no loitering, you might want to add beauty. The store has a lovely concrete space along the side where perhaps a flower garden used to be. It would be so lovely see flowers growing there.t Do you think you could establish it again? If you clean out the weeds and grass from this space, please let me know and I will round up some flowers and plants from neighbors at no charge to you.
Sincerely,
