Mission To serve the community with certified technicians in Biorecovery, recognized by the American Biorecovery Association, holding the skills and competencies necessary to properly remove and dispose of biohazardous waste. Provide experienced and well trained staff that will respond 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our company cares about the experience of our clients and colleagues and will assist with this process from start to finish. Goals * Work with the property's insurance company to cover the cleanup costs * Be prompt in our response * Arrive in unmarked vehicles as to keep our work confidential, if necessary * Assist with referrals to other necessary resources during this time * Continue to stay abreast of new information and trends to best serve our community * Willingness to travel to our clients in the Austin / Travis County area, Gillespie County, Burnet County, Williamson County, Hays County and all surrounding areas (including out of the sta te of Texas when natural disaster strikes).
