Complete lack of medical record management. Nonexistent customer service. Been a client since approx 2007. Was unable to get a replacement BiPap after trying for over two months. Absolutely no follow up correspondence from company, until I went to a competitor. Scheduled an appointment over the phone , arrived there at scheduled time. They had no record or knowledge of appointment. (4 hour drive, round trip wasted) Multiple calls by MD office elicited the same lack of awareness and confusion form them.

As a medical professional (Nurse for over 20 years) I cannot recommend their service to anyone.

This place is the worst have been trying to get my mother her oxygen tanks so she can go to her doctors appointment but she's had to miss two months of appointments because they gave her the runaround when she called to order some .then they say her insurance didn't pay them we have talk to them and they said they have not got a bill so who ever is managing this place has no idea what there doing and they are so rude they will talk to u like ur a child.DONT use them.
