Robert Lucas knows his business... my clients & I have utilized his services for years, but most recently he is completely unreliable and lacks the integrity to follow up on subpar work even though he’s been paid... $1500 later my septic alarm is still going off and Mr Lucas refuses to answer repeated calls the last several weeks... too bad.... my clients and I have sent him thousands in business over the years

I had just came back into town one night before my family's reunion I'd plain to host at my home. My brother and his family had been staing at my home and had previously called a plumbing company to open my sewer line running to my septic tank due to probloms flushing the toilets. The plumber my brother called told him to have septic company check the septic system. Upon arriving home in assessing the situation myself I made the decision to call a professionaI. I found that All Season Septic had a 24/7 service. I called at 11:30pm and left a message. Five minutes later the owner of the company returned my phone call. Even though I belived to had awoken him he informed me he would have a driver there A.S.A.P. Then owner himself showed up roughly an hour later shortly after arriving he had determined that my tank was above working level and showed me an opining to my tank that I had no idea was there and previously had never been pumped out. likely the cause of my problems. He pumped the tank and the newly discovered opening I couldn't belive that sence I owned my home three other companies never removed the wast from the opening he showed me. He also made sure my line was properly opened. I'm very satisfied with this company.

I guess that means all seasons except the summer season. I scheduled with a man named Robert on Friday July 8th for a septic pumping and inspection on Monday 11th as I had a buyer desperately waiting for the report. I never heard from the company on Monday. On Tuesday, i called and texted Robert several times pleading with him to give me an update. Never got a response. What a shameful way to treat a first-time (and last-time) customer.
