Take the time to find another place. Even if it means you have to travel a little bit farther. The staff there are not that knowledgable when it comes to what insurance they take and you have to wait 3 days just to be verified. They are asking for your social security number when it's not neccessary. According to the insurance company, Dearborn National, all they need is the name, ID, and birthdate to verify. Dearborn # 1800-721-7987 if you want to verify my input. I found another dentist much nicer and a lot more compassionate to the clients needs. The supervisor Shawna was suppose to call me back. I spoke to a manager named Nichole who said she would do me the courtesy of cancelling the appt. for my husband that I made. Otherwise, from what they tell me, you can make an appt for your spouse but you can not cancel it.? Ok then...just a lot of kaka to deal with and would not recommend to anyone at this time due to the workers in office. I do not know how the Dr.s are. They may be wonderful and loosing clients because the people are not treated very well.

If this is the kind of kaka you deal with before you walk thru the front door then I don't want to find out what is next.
