I do believe this is now part of the Tan Etc. Company.

The place was nice and the girls at the desk were nice, however ending my membership was a nightmare. Of course, when I signed up none of this was mentioned to me. I moved after having the membership for a year and using it about 5 times. I work from 7am to 6pm and just dont have time. So, one night I fought traffic for over an hour to get to the location to cancel my membership. To my surprise, the girl gave me a form and told me I had to mail it CERTIFIED to a Marble Falls location and allow one month for processing. I was less than impressed. So, I finally made it to the post office and paid $3.50 to mail to cancel a membership that I never used while still having my card charged for another month. For such a large company it sure seems shady to me that they do not accept the form unless it's certified and you cannot cancel the membership at the location where you signed up.
