Sold us an Electrolux Washer and Dryer not quite two years ago. We walked through all of the brands in the showroom with the owner and he spoke highly of the Electrolux for dependability and durability. We paid $1,891 for the washer, dryer and delivery/installation. We have had three service calls on the dryer since we bought it. Three. Once under warranty and twice not (so $$). Each time it starts rattling really loud. The most recent repair (today) was for $197 to "tighten a couple of screws inside." Literally. No parts were replaced. None. And the fix took less than 30 min. I talked to the manager (owner?) on the repair guy's phone (poor repair guy was very sweet) to complain about the repair costs (and the serial issues we've had with this dryer) and he said he can't "take it on the chin" for a product he "didn't make." Sigh. We've now paid more than $2000. For this stupid washer and dryer. I can't recommend this business. Or Electrolux Dryers.

I thought I would write a review b/c I SAVED so much money purchasing my entire kitchen Stainless Steel Appliances. I truly shopped around for the best deal and Appliance Associates just beat the competition (lowe's & home depot) AWAY. Lowe's offered to match AA deal until they saw what good of a deal I was getting! I bought my fridge & microwave out of the scratch & dent section (you would literally have to examine my microwave to find the scratch and the dent on my fridge is on the side that is next to the wall) and then I bought my stove & dishwasher new. I saved so much on the new appliances that I was able to get a better dishwasher than what I was going to get at Lowe's/HomeDepot. Not only was the service & cost spectacular, but he even printed out ADDITIONAL manufacturer REBATES so I could mail in to get more money BACK! By far, I never have to shop around again. Appliance Associates will ALWAYS be my first choice. GOOD JOB!!!

I have bought both a refrigerator and a stove from this business. In both cases, I saved lots of money, got an excellent product, and the staff knows what they are talking about. They sell mostly mid-to-high end products with only minor (if any) scratch and dent defects.
