Horrible customer service. My CPAP therapy was greatly delayed because of this DME company and their ubber disregard for my health and well being. Never once was able to talk with the same customer service rep. nor was the next person aware of my on going situation. I was told one thing by one person then when I would call back to follow up I was told that there was no record of the information I was given during my last conversation with an Apria Rep. I was told repeatedly that the delay was because my doctors office had not sent over the requiered information. After several upset phone calls to my doctors office to ask why , I was informed that all the requested informationan had been sent on multiple occasions. I then went to pick up this information from my doctors office and hand delivered it my self, took the persons name that I handed it to and two days later after not hearing back from Apria , I called to inquier has to why. I was told they were still waiting on this info. DONE
