We are very disappointed in Aquausana. We are a plumbing company that has been in business for 35 years. They do not honor their product warranties. Their customer service makes it very difficult to jump through the hoops needed to receive warranty. We have sent pictures and videos proving that we had a defective item and they still did not honor the warranty. We have put their products in our customers homes and businesses and will not be doing so in the future. There are other companies out there that care about their customers and are much easier to work with.
