Bought a new bedroom set. Nice furniture. Friendly salesman. Professional deliverymen......when it finally arrived. Don't believe anything the "customer service" department tells you. You won't get the advance warning, they will arrive when you told them no one would be there. When you try to arrange a time they will "get back " with you. One piece was damaged. Still waiting for it to be delivered. It's in the warehouse but they won't work with me on delivery times even after already missing work for the first "delivery". I paid in full 4 weeks ago. They have their money & don't seem to care about anything else

I like the products and the sales staff, but avoid trs if possible they charge as much to buy a bed frame as or more than many new cars are plus they call and harrass you and your references weekly.
