I spent one hour of my time at Austin Memorial Park Cemetery last week. I drove around on every street in the cemetery and I did not find anything; any decoration; anything that was offensive!. Leave the cemetery families alone and let them preserve their loved one memories. If you start regulation of the items allowed in the cemetery, you will lose a lot of business, City of Austin! My mother and 2 grandmothers, a step grandmother, a grandfather and several friends buried here and it is very pleasant and kept up pretty nice. Very serene.
