This attorney was being used as a settlement agent. I started checking into this guy when I found out that he was not paying vendors at closing -- even though he would collect those fees at the time of closing.



Do a Google search under George Watson, Attorney Austin Texas ... and you'll see that he was indicted and sentenced on June 6, 2008 for mortgage fraud.



Please, please check the background of an attorney whenever you do a closing at an attorney's office.
