Superb Pros and Fast Experience guys with a great work Ethic! We recommend thumbs up and your peace of mind is with hiring the best not the cheapest!

I used Dr. Tech to install some network wire for our corporate office. They asked for 60% payment up front. Then they continually postponed install dates and would show up 3-4 hours late without the correct equipment. Finally, out of frustration, I cancelled the project 4 weeks behind schedule. They have not issued any type of refund even though I have asked repeatedly. They emailed saying they sent partial payment but have waited 30 days and have not received anything. Do not use Dr. Tech. They will over promise, under deliver, and then refuse to return your money.

!!!!EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! I had called Dr.Tech on a Saturday to wall mount my tv but his warehouse was already closed. He went out of his way and went to costco to buy a wall mount and came over to install everything !!!VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT!!!

I was worried that I would be wasting this guys time because the job I need done was so small, I was pleasantly surprised when Mario rocked up and assured me that there is no job too small. Mario is both very Knowledgeable and professional, he is great to deal with and nothing is a problem.

The team at Dr. Tech (especially Mario, the owner) gave us the best service. They are so knowledgeable about so many services. I had many issues regarding my sound system, my remotes, my televisions and even my phone system. They handled all of my work in a very professional and personable manner. I would recommend them to anyone that needs audio/video installation or repairs.

It was a last minute desition to by a home theater system and we were put in contact with a couple of chioses of installers. We went with Dr. tech because he made things happen in the very short notice time to get the theater system up and running for our family and guests we were having over. I want to say thank you to Mario for his patience and professionalism with dealing with us changing our minds about certain things. We are very pleased with our purchase and with Mario on his set up that he did for us. It's Incredable! Thanks Mario!
