Lea and Jeremy and the entire AES staff were terrific at my daughter's wedding Sat. Nov. 3. We could not have done it without them! They were amazing, professional, organized, detail oriented, helpful with ideas. We tried to do a diy wedding (not to save money but my daughter is very creative and had a specific vision) but we quickly realized this was not going to go well. Lea Ortiz and Jeremy stepped in and made our vision happen! Love you guys!

Absolutely the best in town!! The service was unequivocally superior to any I have seen. Professional, detail oriented, and delightful staff. The personal attention was worth every penny.

Amazing! The service was impeccable. I have never had a party go so well. The staff's attention to detail and flawless execution of the time line made my party the talk of the town. Austin's Elite ,I want to thank you all for your contribution in making my dinner party a great success. I am one that is known amongst my friends for spoiling them with good food and service and usually by the end of the night, I'm left physically and emotionally drained. That did not happen on Saturday night. Because of Robyn, Becky, Derek and Chad. I was a guest in my own home and was pampered, similar to a day at the spa! It was wonderful to have others take control, communicate effectively and fit in with our friends. Derek, our bartender hooked up the Blueberry Lemondrops and the Espresso Martinis and had them passed as a surprise to the guests with perfect execution! Becky, took the lead with supreme professionalism tempered with the gentleness that was needed. Sean was willing to do whatever asked and every time I turned around, he was checking to make sure my candles were still lit. Kim, you are really blessed to have a team that works so well together.Best Regard

Amazing! The service was absolutely impeccable. I have never had a party go over so smoothly. The staff's attention to detail and well organized execution of the time line made my party the talk of the town. Thank you, Austin's Elite, for giving me a stress free, enjoyable event! This company is a joke. They didn't do anything to my specifications although they assured me there would be a chef on site. There wasn't a chef onsite, instead they brought in food from the nearest HEB!!!!! Besides that these girls had such a bad attitude that at one point my guests said they felt SORRY for me for having to put up with them. Not only would i not use their services again, I wouldn't use their services again if it were free AND they were the last catering service on God's good planet. Worst. Service. Ever.

Worst service ever. They were an hour late. The food was awful (cold and undercooked) and the people who run this "company" are some of the rudest women I've ever encountered. Save yourself the trouble and plan your own event. I would not recomment them to anyone.
