I buy a ticket online, and i get to the pick up point 40 minutes before and wait and wait and wait and the bus doesnt show up and when i call to see whats going on, they told me thats a system error, because they dont stop in my city. Why they sold me a ticket with a fake address if they doesnt stop at the check point they give me on the ticket.

I have not found but one review of this bus company except one saying they rode a Tornado bus that had a filthy and stinking restroom in the back but their return bus was cleaner. Also found article that back in 2007 a federal transportation agency shut down the Dallas based Tornado service due to accident records and fined them for safety violations like falsifying driver records. Driver with no co-driver present and Drivers driving over the time limit allowed.

I figure this is more of an economy busing. I also wonder about seating comfort. Will look into other companies before traking long trip Austin to El Paso.
