I had a great experience with Banfield. Dr. Amanda and her assistant, Arlene, were nothing but great with my enormous Alaskan Malamute, Dakota. They took alot of time with him and explained everything to me. Arlene loved on Dakota the whole time and gave him many doggie treats during our visit. They also called me the next day to see how Dakota was doing! Dakota was there only for an examination!!! I would definitely refer anyone to take their pet to Banfield!

I wouldn't even give it one star.

I did not enjoy my experience while I was there. The Male Dr talked down to me while I was there with my pet. But when my husband was brought along he only spoke to my husband. He still spoke to my husband like he was better then him. You can tell him you can only afford so much and he will still have his technician come back with a $500-1000 estimate. And then tell you he wont do anything unless you do it all. If you come in during there clinic hours he will tell you that you can't come back and that you must come at the hours that you have to pay for the office visit. I find that all this company wants to do is take your money from you. This doctor has never cared about the treatment of my animal whom I treat like my child. She means the world to me.
