The only reason I didn't give this place 2 stars is because I had been going there for years and never had an issue. After today though, I will not be returning. I went in just to buy a jewelry cloth. The guy at the counter (who I had talked to on several occasions) wanted to demonstrate the cloth. I know how it works, but I went ahead and made the mistake of handing him the only silver thing I was wearing (the cameo my boyfriend's mom bought me when we were in Italy last summer). It is a very delicate piece, but I thought, eh, he's a jeweler, he'll figure it out. Wrong. He bent it, I watched him do it, and then he denied it saying it was already bent, and I just didn't realize it. I was so upset, I called my boyfriend in tears when I got into my car. Hopefully I can find a better jeweler to replace the piece he bent.

This small jewelry store is just that--a small, pleasant jewelry store with all the standard amenities, including what I went in for--watchbands. So what makes it a 4-star little jewelry store? As far as I'm concerned, the staff. There's a kindness there. Great attitudes. Sincerity. I really liked them and plan to return.
