They make the attachment to the old less, and the excitement for the new so great. I love having them on my team especially in significant changes like this.

There's always going to be a significant amount of emotion when we make a move. But these guys made it light for us. They were smiling, friendly, and accommodating all the time. I love them!

Really worth the cash! Amazing service, strongly recommended! Do not bother searching anywhere else, these people are going to take excellent care of you.

We unfortunately chose Blue Whale after getting 2-3 bids from various movers. Thinking they were all the same, we chose the lowest price since it was pack one day, move and unpack the next. During the bid and before the move they are your best friends. Getting them to call you back to discuss the damaged and scratched items is worse them waiting at the DMV. Via e-mail and phone we have made over a dozen attempts to reach them and cannot get an after service call back. They were supposed to drop off a check after collecting the boxes. They took the boxes but still no check. I would gladly pay 20% more next time for professional movers then have to deal with this poor excuse for a buisness. Take our advice and don't use them there is a reason they are so cheap.

I had a very professional "visual rep" come out and give me a worst case scenario with a binding price. On the day of the move I changes some of the items I was moving and the kind movers did a walk thru of the house and called in the changes and i recieved a price lower than originally told. This was amazing to me as I had heard of the "bait and switch" that companies tend to do. They also followed up after the move to see how things were and what they could have done to make the move better for me. This company truly offers PEASE OF MIND!! Moving can be the most stressful thing, after hiring Blue Whale I was relieved of many worries and would recommend these guys to anybody in the hunt of a truly great company!!, or highly recommended because

Terrible! Quoted price was less than half of actual. The movers took items that weren't supposed to go and then didn't return them for weeks. Storage price was 75% higher than the quote. Workers had bad attitudes and weren't careful with the items. We had to have our walls repaired at the original residence and at our new house.Paid extra to have a shuttle truck take the items up our steep driveway since Blue Whale's truck highcentered when they returned our missing items. They brought the small truck but in their infinite wisdom decided not to use it after the first trip. So they ended up stuck on the driveway for an hour while a wrecker pulled them loose.Also they were always late. For the move into storage they were a half hour late. During the move out of storage to our new residence they were 2 1/2 hrs late and then proceeded to take 8 hours (with 4 workers) to do the move that only took 5 hours (with 3 workers) to load from the previous move.Don't recommend!

What a fantastic experience, I did not know moving could be this easy!
