I purchased a 17k performance package from BoostLogic. I sent a bank wire transfer to them on Friday 5-13-2016 from the invoice they sent me. I received a call today stating they forgot to add shipping charges. Of course they said it was an oversight, but I explained that when putting this package together I asked the question if there was a shipping charge and was told no.



As most would probably agree, you spend 17 thousand dollars with a company, your shipping should be free. This is just a poor business practice and tells me as a consumer. This company is just out for the money and could care less about their customers. Now I guess I get to worry if I am going to have issues with these parts since they have already demonstrated the customer does not seem to matter to them.
