I never been one to write reviews but I have had it with Bradz. I've been going there for several years and in the last two years it has gone downhill. They hire ANYONE who's got a license. They use to be a high quality salon but wow that sure has changed. They are so unprofessional. I went in for a hair cut and it was scheduled with someone new. She insulted the texture of my hair several times (which I just laughed off) the other girls who cut hair were standing around being annoying and laughing. Needless to say my hair looks ridiculous...I was trying to grow it out but she chopped it all off and I wish I had just walked out...I could tell she didn't really know what she was doing because she wasn't confident and aggressive...she looked like she questioned herself every time she picked my hair up to cut it. Well, I WILL not be returning there. OH and if you do find someone who cuts your hair to your liking don't get use to them, Bradz turn over is terrible...their employees take off after a few months.
