I do not suggest using Mike Brode for communications or electronic needs. After spending thousands of dollars with him to install a system for me, he has had to return multiple times to fix software and engineering issues he created, has been difficult to reach, does not return phone calls or emails for weeks, if ever, and I've had to send a Demand letter to obtain warranty service from him. Its my experience that he has a very weak understanding of customer service / satisfaction.
