DO NOT rent from this business it is BY FAR the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They predatorily tricked us into insuring the car even though we pre-paid for it at booking never gave us prices plan details or anything of the sort which brought our originally priced rental from $260.00 to over $800.00. When we attempted to remedy the situation they gave us the run around to several locations. We spent 3 of the 8 days of vacation to resolve this and no one was willing to help they all played ignorant when we called and asked to speak to the supervisor they told us he would call back and that never happened. I have family in Austin so I frequently need rentals and I would rather walk then rent from this terribly managed establishment. If you do end up renting from this place I hope you have a lot of money to flush down the toilet and watch out for Randall.
